Mast From U.S.S. 'Maine', 1914. [Mast of United States Navy ship that exploded and sank in Havana Harbour on February 15, 1898, contributing to the outbreak of the Spanish-American War. The mast was later made into a memorial in Arlington National Cemetery, honoring those who died on board. From a crew of 355, 261 were killed].
