Marlowe Memorial, Buttermarket, Canterbury, Kent, 1904. A group of children gathered around a Punch And Judy stand next to the Marlowe Memorial in the Buttermarket. The Marlowe Memorial is a memorial to poet Christopher Marlowe which was unveiled in 1891. It was subsequently relocated outside the Marlowe Theatre in 1993.
