'Girl Guide Review', 19 June 1938, (1947). King George VI and Queen Elizabeth with daughters Princess Elizabeth (future Queen Elizabeth II) and Princess Margaret Rose. The two princesses made their first official appearance in uniform at a review of 1,000 Girl Guides at Windsor Castle. Here Margaret tries to replace her sister's sheath knife which the king had playfully 'stolen' from her belt.
