Chaque tombe, de marbre blanc, porte le nom de la victime', 1917. First World War: Events in Greece; 'our dead', in the cemetery at Piraeus: the enclosure where the sailors killed in the Athens ambush on 1 December 1916 were to rest until the summer of 1922.
