Chinese fortune teller, 1800-1899. A man with a hat sits at a table. With a brush he writes something on a sheet in front of him. To his right are writing supplies, a stack of books and probably a tube with 'Qiantong', sticks used to predict the future. On the left a bowl with, among other things, the shell of a turtle. Next to the table is a roll of lottery notes.
