The International Exhibition: the Middlesex Hospital record of benefactions, 1862. 'This large and handsome volume, in which are recorded the names of all benefactors to Middlesex Hospital, from its foundation to the present day, is formed of several hundred sheets of vellum. The back and sides are of rich Morocco [leather], the former embroidered with patterns in gold thread, and the latter decorated with panels of English oak, elaborately carved in the Wrennian style by Mr. W. G. Rogers, of Soho-square. The clasps and corners are the production of Mr. Higgins, the silversmith, of Kirby-street, Hatton-garden; and the design for the whole work was furnished by Mr. Harry Rogers'.
