The International Exhibition: iron fountain, by Barbezat, in the French Court, 1862. 'This work is in iron, bronzed; its form is simple and good, and its enrichments are formed partly of ornament and partly of appropriate emblems of the pond and stream, as the bulrush and other aquatics. Altogether, this is a very successful work, and is well suited to a position in a well-kept suburban garden'. From "Illustrated London News", 1862.
