As soon as the Royal party arrived at the flagstaff, the volunteers gave the usual salute and the united bands of the Household Brigade played the Rational Anthem. The Prince of Wales, accompanied by Prince Louis and the Duke of Cambridge, rode along the front and rear of the assembled troops, inspecting the different corps with considerable interest, and when he had arrived at the Hon. Artillery Company his Royal Highness placed himself at the head of the corps, of which he is Colonel. The Hon.
