'Every one of these dogs won a first prize in its own class, except the Prince of Wales's harriers (three couple) and his Indian mastiff, which took second prizes, though very much admired...No. 1, Mr. T. Wotton's fox-terrier; 2, Mr. R, W. Boyle's Syke terrier; 3, Mr. W. Eaton's Pomeranian; 4, Mr. J. Hawkins's Blenheim spaniel; 5, Mr. B. W. Boyle's Irish water-spaniel; 6, Mr. Tyringham's otter-hound Sailor; 7, Mr. C. Barnett's fox-hound stud dog; 8, Mr. G. Race's harrier Garnish; 9, One of Messrs.
