William Bailey Howland (1848-1917) was the British-American Commissioner, Britsh MP Henry Vivian was part of the British contingent to the May 1913 planning meeting in New York, George William Burleigh (1870-1949) was a US Army Colonel, and John Aikman Stewart (1822-1926) was Chairman of the Executive Committee of the American Peace Centenary Committee.
