James Stansfeld, Third Lord of the Treasury [right]; and one of the Secretaries to the Treasury, Mr. George Grenfell Glyn [left]... The Portrait of Mr. Gladstone is engraved from a photograph by Mr. Mayall; that of Mr. Lowe from one by Mr. John Watkins, who supplies, also, the photographs of Mr. Stansfeld and of Mr. Glyn'.
