William Bailey Howland (1848-1917) was the British-American Commissioner, John Aikman Stewart (1822-1926) was Chairman of the Executive Committee of the American Peace Centenary Committee, and Britsh MP Henry Vivian was part of the British contingent to the May 1913 planning meeting in New York.
