Shows Eleanor Randolph Wilson McAdoo (1889-1967), daughter of US President Woodrow Wilson, who was the wife of his Secretary of the Treasury William Gibbs McAdoo. McAdoo gave an address on Nurses Day of a Victory Loan event held at "Victory Way" on Park Avenue between 45th and 50th Streets, New York City, May 1919.
