The Easter Volunteer Review at Brighton: service in the Pavilion on Sunday morning, 1870. 'The Engraving on our front page represents the congregation of volunteers at Divine worship on the Sunday morning, under the dome of the Exhibition Hall in the Pavilion Palace at Brighton, where a sermon was preached by the Rev. Dr. Griffith, honorary Chaplain to the 1st Sussex Artillery Corps. The musical part of the service was assisted by the members of the Brighton choral societies, accompanied by Mr. R.
