An Eastbourne attraction at the White City: the Duke of Devonshire's orchestra, 1909. 'Londoners have recently had an opportunity of hearing at the White City the excellent orchestra instituted by the late Duke of Devonshire at Eastbourne, where it plays daily in Devonshire Park.
