Amphoriskos, 1st century A.D. Additional Info: Mold-blown amphoriskos of blue glass. The seam mark indicates that it was blown in a two-part mold. Its hexagonal body with a flat base is decorated with tendrils and fronds. The neck and rim were free blown. The cylindrical neck ends with a funnel-like mouth. Two yellowish green handles have been applied on the shoulder and drawn up to the neck. A fill has been added near the rim.
