Flask, 1st century A.D. Additional Info: This small mold-blown flask is made of opaque blue glass. The seam marks indicate that this flask was blown in a three-part mold. Its cylindrical body, decorated with a three-tier design with birds, rests on a flat base. The cylindrical neck ends with an outsplayed mouth and lip folded inwards. This flask is weathered. The surface presents an iridescent sheen, brown accretions, and flaking.
