Dom Tower, St. Martin's Cathedral, Utrecht, Netherlands, 2013. The Dom Tower of Utrecht, built between 1321 and 1382, is the tallest church tower in the Netherlands. The tower, designed by John of Hainaut, was part of St. Martin's Cathedral which was never completed due to lack of money. The unfinished nave collapsed in 1674, since when the tower has been freestanding.
