Alabastron, 6th-4th century BC. Blue Perfume Flask with Attached Chain. Additional Info: Core-formed, dark blue (cobalt) glass alabastron with a bronze chain attached to small scroll handles on the neck. Fine bands of opaque yellow were trailed around the piece horizontally, then vertically combed into a feathered pattern. The rim was added, being flattened and shaped while being turned; following, a ribbon of yellow was added to its lip.
